I'm a collaborative people leader passionate about helping organizations navigate people, performance and rewards, while keeping strategy at the center.
Over my 16 year global people consulting career across PwC and Deloitte in New York, Sydney, Mumbai and Bangalore, I have worked with teams across 15+ geographies including: US, UK, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Brazil, Israel, Japan, India, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore.
I have delivered over 100+ consulting engagements, including 30+ M&A transactions with collective deal values exceeding $30 billion, led transformations impacting 10,000+ employees across 15+ countries, managed a $30 m Financial Services (major bank) client portfolio.

Gained CEO and CPO endorsement to extend partnership and created employee experience module to improve motivation and retention.

Created and implemented Performance Culture & People Development Framework and Policy for boutique Investment Banking firm with $15m - $50m value mandates. Implemented the framework working closely with Founder & CEO to coach them to drive a high performance culture aligned to their business strategy.

Successfully delivered comprehensive People Development and Performance Management program for largest environmental organisation in Australia and all its member firms, with overall 180 empoyees. Worked closely with Leadership Team, CEO, Board to develop and implement the program across 4 cities.
